언제 쓰나 · 저장소별 규칙을 에이전트에 주입할 때

Draft a `CLAUDE.md` for the repo `{{repo}}`.

Include only what the agent can't infer from the code:
- **Commands**: build `{{build}}`, test `{{test}}`, run `{{run}}`.
- **Conventions**: style, naming, folder layout that differ from defaults.
- **Do / Don't**: e.g. "never edit generated files in `/dist`".
- **Gotchas**: non-obvious setup, env vars, flaky areas.

Keep it short and factual. Don't restate what the README already says.
