언제 쓰나 · 재사용 워크플로를 스킬로 만들 때

Create a Claude Code skill named `{{skill_name}}`.

Produce `SKILL.md` with YAML frontmatter:
- `name`: kebab-case, matches folder.
- `description`: one line starting with "Use when ..." that states the trigger so the model knows exactly when to invoke it: {{trigger}}

Body sections:
1. **Overview** — what this skill does in 2 sentences.
2. **When to use / When NOT to use** — concrete triggers vs. anti-triggers.
3. **The Process** — numbered, bite-sized steps for: {{goal}}
4. **Red flags** — rationalizations that mean "stop and use the process".

Keep it under 200 lines. No speculative features.
